Signature Galactic Burger Recipe
(Serves 1)
Ingredients:
(2) 4 oz 100% Certified Angus Ground Beef Burger (80 percent beef/20 percent fat)
(1) 4 inch Hamburger Bun
1 tsp Melted Butter
3 Pickles - Vienna Whole Sliced
1 tsp Sautéed Dice Onions
1 leaf Crisp Iceberg Lettuce Shredded
1 Tomato Slice
1 tsp Secret Galaxy Spice (can include a combination of paprika, black
pepper, salt and granulated garlic)
2 slices Crispy Bacon
1 tsp Galaxy Drive In Cosmic Secret Sauce (combination of ketchup, mustard,
mayonnaise, neon relish and kosher salt)
Procedure:
Take (2) 4 ounce (golf ball sized) portions of ground beef and use one sheet of patty paper to slightly flatten each patty (push down on top of patty with palm of hand). Once patties are slightly flattened, flip over and press tip of thumb half way through the patty center.
Place burgers- with paper-side up - in pan or on the grill. Keep patty paper on top of both burgers. Brown one side of burgers for 1½ minutes.
Take patty paper off top of burgers. Add Secret Galaxy Spice. Flip burgers over to the other side and season with Secret Galaxy Spice. Brown for 1 ½ minutes.
Toast burger buns with butter. Place pickle, sautéed onions, lettuce and tomato on bottom of each toasted bun. Remove first patty from pan or grill and place on bottom bun. Remove second patty from pan or grill and place on top of first patty.
Top burger with bacon. Spread Galaxy Drive In Cosmic Secret Sauce on top bun. Place top half of toasted bun on top of burger. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
