Fried: Surviving Two Centuries in Restaurants" is an impressionistic portrait of restaurant work as seen through the eyes of a former cook. Author Steve Lerach interweaves the history of restaurants with his own experiences, along with those of his mentors and co-workers.
Steve will be at the Uptown Minneapolis Magers & Quinn on Monday, October 6 for a reading and signing. That event starts at 7:30 pm.
