The Guthrie's production of Charlotte Bronte's
"Jane Eyre" is a beloved tale of romance and suspense. In this adaptation by Alan Stanford the audience is introduced to Jane at three ages: as a child of twelve, a young woman of 18, and as a 50 year old woman. Stacia Rice plays the lead, as Jane Eyre at the age of 18. We see the play through her eyes as she tells us of the stories in her journal.
The show runs through November 10 at the Guthrie. For more information call the box office at 612-377-2224 or log onto www.guthrietheater.org.
