|Chipotle Beer Cheese & Bacon Tartlets|

|2 (2.1 ounce) packages Athens® Mini Fillo Shells|
1 (10 ounce) package Byerly?s Beer Cheese Soup, thawed
1/4 teaspoon Lunds & Byerly?s Chipotle seasoning
1/4 cup sliced green onion
2 tablespoons chopped kalamata olives
1/4 cup seeded, chopped roma tomatoes
8 ounces Nueske?s bacon, diced, cooked, drained
2 tablespoons minced chives
|Place fillo shells on baking sheet and bake in 350 F oven 3-5 minutes.|
In saucepan, heat soup and chipotle over medium heat 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in green onion, olives, tomatoes and bacon.
Spoon mixture into fillo shells and bake 5-8 minutes.
Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
