Chicken Fantastik
| | Ingredients |  Recipes Home Make Printer Friendly | 2 pound salt and pepper chunks of chicken (grilled breast preffer) or rotisary 2 pints of heavy cream 1 tablespoon of olive oil 1 oz of fine chopped cilantro 1 oz of fine chopped onions ½ teaspoon fine chopped garlic 1 teaspoon of basil 1 teaspoon of oregano 1 teaspoon of rosemary 1 teaspoon of thyme 2 oz julian cut carrots 2 oz julian cut zuchini 1 oz thin sliced red onions | | Preparation | Starting with olive oil first, let pot warm up toss in your cilantro and onions. Simmer it until onions get brown toss in garlic/basil/oragano/rosemary/thyme all simataniously after another.
Let it simmer for few seconds, until the sweet aroma of the combined spices get you. Stir carefully. Pour in 2 pint heavy cream.
Stir carefully, make sure nothing sit on botton of pot. Leave at low heat, 10-15 minutes. Add chicken and julian vegatables.
Toss the red onions atop dish upon serving. |
