Andalos Shrimp (in five minutes)
| | Ingredients | Recipes Home Make Printer Friendly | Four shallots (sliced) Two Green Onions (sliced) Three garlic (sliced) Three TBS Olive Oil Four Large Shrimp 1/2 C. Cilantro 1/2 C. Tomato concose 1/4 C. white wine 1/4 C. Tomato puree Cooked pasta
| | Preparation | In a sauce pan, heat 2 TBS olive oil. Add shallots, green onions, and garlic. Let it sweat for 1 minute and add shrimp, cilantro and cook for two minutes. Add the tomato concase, white wine, and tomato puree. Heat pasta in sauce in a sauce pan and garnish with parmesan cheese. SERVE.
