Leeann Chin Chinese Salad

Make Printer Friendly
3 cups lettuce
3/4 cup green pepper
3/4 cup green onions
1 cup fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup tomatoes
1 cup cooked chicken (may substitute beef, pork or shrimp)
1/2 cup asian sald dressing
1. Cook and chill chicken meat

2. Trim lettuce in 3/4 inch pieces

3. Cut muchrooms, green peppers, tomatoes and onions into 1/2 inch pieces

4. Place lettuce and vegetables in a large bowl.

5. Top salad with chicken.

6. Mix in Asian Salad Dressing.

Garnish with nuts or wonton chips cut into strips.
